1 General Terms & Conditions

X Bajiee (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online Sports Betting and gaming service provider. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement governing use of the Platform.

• The account holder is solely responsible for all activity on their account.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The rules governing financial transactions on X Bajiee are detailed below.

Deposit

• Deposits must be made only from a Bangladeshi mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party or from someone else's account are not accepted.
• The minimum deposit amount can be found by logging into the platform.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there's a delay, please contact support.

Withdrawal

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours after verification.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be held and reviewed if unusual or suspicious activity is detected.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is specified on the platform.

Anti-Money Laundering

X Bajiee is committed to preventing money laundering and financial fraud. Any suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account will be suspended.

4 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on X Bajiee at all times.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cash-out feature applies).
• You can place bets before a match begins (pre-match) as well as while the match is in progress (live betting).
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet will be voided and your stake refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, X Bajiee reserves the right to void that bet.
• In the event of any dispute regarding results, X Bajiee's decision shall be considered final.
• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets on the same match to generate artificial profit — is strictly prohibited.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

X Bajiee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer comes with its own specific terms.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement (betting turnover condition). Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met.
• Bonuses must generally be used within a set validity period. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of that period.
• The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once by the same person.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

• Software Use: Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or any other software.
• Information Fraud: Creating an account using a false or another person's identity.
• System Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems or database.
• Abuse: Exploiting platform bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

X Bajiee may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances.

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Users whose age has not been verified or who are under 18 years of age.
• Court order or government directive.
